If you have been assigned a room at the residence hall and are going to move in in the near future, we have some practical information regarding the move itself.
Access to underground parking
On the day of the move, you can have your access card for the underground parking activated so it is more easy for you get in your furniture, etc. Contact the administration to get your card activated or send an email with your name and card number to info@tietgenkollegiet.dk.
Avoid driving onto the residence hall property itself!
On account of the fire brigade, it is not allowed for cars to drive onto the property surrounding the residence hall – not even in connection with the move. For the same reason, you are not allowed to drive into the inner courtyard of the residence hall.
